Napa Valley

Mostly Cabernet Sauvignon (68%) and enriched with a subtle blend of Malbec, Petite Sirah and Cabernet Franc sourced from praised Napa Valley vineyards.

The hand harvested and sorted grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks for 30 days. Aged in french oak barrels (25% new oak) for 12 months. Medium to full bodied with aromas of dark and red berries, plum, chocolate, spice box and anise. Silky and balanced with soft tannins. Delicious with a pleasant finish.

Pair with your favorite beef, lamb, veal, chicken or game dishes.

Serve at cellar temperature.
