Chardonnay Mendocino County
Blend of 95% Old Vine Chardonnay & 5% Semillon.
The grapes were hand harvested and sorted with care then whole cluster pressed. Aged on the lees in neutral french oak for 12 months before bottling.
Intense and aromatic with subtle scents and flavours of tropical fruits, white flowers, quince and minerals.
Pair with your favorite fish and poultry dishes.
Serve chilled
